How we work
If you are thinking about having a loft conversion and believe you have enough space within your current loft, please contact us via email, the quote request page on this website or via telephone.
Our Managing Director, Nick Rose will then arrange a convenient time to personally visit you to discuss the options available and to assess the area that you are looking to convert. This is the first stage of the personal service that we offer.
Once we have measured the area for conversion and discussed your bespoke requirements you will receive a quotation, which is based on a fixed price as per our customer promise.
If you are happy to proceed at this point, a deposit is required in order to secure our services and to allow the project to be scheduled in. Our in-house architect will then visit the site to enable us to produce a detailed report including architectural drawings of the project stages.
The full balance of the quote would not be required until project completion and once you are satisfied with the end result.
